Our Bios
We're a group of marketing, creative, and Internet professionals who can.... oops... sorry, we already said that, didn't we? In non-marketing speak, we're Mike, Musette and Brian. We could tell you that we have over 60 years of combined marketing and creative experience, but we never really understood what that meant, so we won't. We have, however, all been "doing marketing" for most of our careers. We have each worked "here and there" and done "this and that" (check out our bios, if you'd like) and now we do "this". What is "this"? "This" is helping businesses with their marketing and their marketing communications. We are business owners ourselves, so we understand them. Give us a call We'd love to hear from you!
Mike Neelan
Having passion for what you do, is one of the most critical elements to success and happiness. The older (ok, wiser) I get the more I realize this.
As a child, recognizing this passion in gymnastics carried me through 8 years of
rewarding competition and school. Then as an adult that passion carried me through an exciting career of 20 years in intense sales, marketing, and various levels of management in one of the world’s fastest growing and largest industries.
After a rewarding career and the start of a new family, I decided to remove myself from the “Corporate America Stress”. My goal was to develop a business utilizing the power of passion and solid values that would allow me to spend quality time with my family. I also embraced a third element, vision, into my environment. By developing this new element my goals and the ability to focus and plan the business became clearer.
I do what I love and I love what I do,
I hope you do too...
Musette Steger
Growing up in North Carolina I was outside a lot so my first palette was nature. The way the sky accented the bright fall leaves or the way the clear smooth texture of water was contrasted by the coarse rocks it flowed over.
Graduating from college with a degree in Communication Arts, my focus was on the budding computer field of graphic design.
Cutting my first teeth and sometimes my finger tips (with an x-acto knife) at an advertising agency allowed me to experience all forms of marketing: posters, brochures, newsletters, business cards, letter heads, logo designs, flyers and POP displays. I then went into broadcast design, utilizing the new computer technology.
Twenty years later as Lead Designer in the 14th largest broadcast market for an ABC affiliate in Arizona, I had added Internet design, animation, and editing to my repertoire. I was ready for a change. Leaving the broadcast business just a little over a year ago and starting up this business with Mike Neelan was just what this "been there done that" girl needed. I wake up now as if it is Christmas every morning, have fun with my daughter, walk the dog, go exercise and "play" with designing websites. How great is that!

I built my first website in 1994. It was pretty ugly and didn't really do a lot, but I was hooked. Since no one else in my company had even done that,
I was now de-facto webmaster. At this time, most all websites were just online, glorified company brochures.
In 1999, I became the Channel Marketing Manager for a large, e-learning/training company. I eventually became Director of Web Communications and oversaw the design and development of the company's corporate website, internal intranet and a slew of partner extranets. These roles, as well as stints as a Creative Services Manager, Tradeshow/Exhibits/POP Manager, Product Manager and Marketing Communications Manager have provided me with experience in both the design, coding, marketing and project management side of web and creative development.
